Most UK orders arrive within 1–5 business days from despatch, depending on the maker. Express delivery is prioritised for despatch.

Our makers pack in paper, card and compostable materials wherever they can. Because products despatch directly from each maker, packaging varies slightly between them.

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. If you're outside the UK and want something, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

One flat rate per order, however many items you buy: £4.99 standard, free on all orders over £50, or £6.99 express at any order value.
